Remittal Amount. “Remittal Amount” means, with respect to any App Payment, the applicable Fare, Tolls and Surcharges, less the applicable Transaction Fee and Service Fee. If you and Verifone have separately agreed, Verifone may deduct other amounts from the Fare prior to remittance to you (e.g., any fees set out in a City Addendum, mobile device usage charges, etc.).
