Common use of Remedies and Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Remedies and Enforcement. The General Partner acknowledges and agrees that a breach by it of its obligations under this Article VI would cause irreparable harm to QRM and that monetary damages would not be adequate to compensate QRM. Accordingly, the General Partner agrees that QRM shall be entitled to immediate equitable relief, including a temporary or permanent injunction, to prevent any threatened, likely or ongoing violation by the General Partner, without the necessity of posting bond or other security. QRM’s right to equitable relief shall be in addition to other rights and remedies available to QRM, for monetary damages or otherwise.
