Remeasurements. 12.11 If the calculation of a payment depends upon the area completed, and if the Contractor believes the area used in calculating that payment is incorrect, the Contractor may request the Province remeasure the Payment Area. The request shall be delivered in writing to the Province, within three (3) Work Days of the Contractor receiving a copy of the payment calculation for the Payment Area in question.

  • Measurements All production shall be accurately measured using standards established by the American Gas Association (AGA) and/or the American Petroleum Institute (API) and all measuring devices shall be tamper proof as nearly as possible. Oil royalties due within the terms of this lease shall be calculated on actual and accurate measurements within API standards unless a different means of measurement, subject to Lessor's approval, is provided.

  • Measurements and Dimensions Before ordering material or doing work that is dependent upon coordination with building conditions, the Contractor shall verify all dimensions, elevations, grades, and pitch by taking measurements at the building and shall be responsible for the correctness of same.
