Remaining Period. You are insured for the sum produced by the following formula for the remaining portion of the indemnity period: [the rate of payroll] x [the reduction in turnover] – [any savings in payroll], but not exceeding the sum produced by the following formula: [the remainder percentage shown in the schedule] x [rate of payroll] x [the reduction in turnover] + [any savings in payroll deducted under 1.1 of this ‘Insured Item’].

Remaining Period. Following the completion of the Exclusivity Period (the "Remaining Period"), the Parties agree that, except as provided in Section 4.1(d) below, (i) Lumenon shall manufacture and package (including pigtailing) the Three Device Types (including the sol-gel waveguide portion thereof), and (ii) Molex shall have the option of purchasing all of the Three Device Types (including the sol-gel waveguide portion thereof) which are produced by Lumenon on the terms which are contained on Exhibit 4 hereto. Molex shall be permitted to purchase such products from Lumenon at their fair market value, subject to the provisions of Section 4.1(c). Lumenon shall not sell any of the Three Device Types (including the sol-gel waveguide portion thereof) without giving 30 days prior written notice to Molex.
Remaining Period. After the conclusion of the Initial Period, and during the Remaining Period, Borrower shall make consecutive monthly payments of principal and interest, at the applicable Interest Rate, to Bank recalculated on each Change Date in conjunction with the adjustment of the Interest Rate, all based on a fifteen (15) year amortization, each on the same day of each month as was made during the Initial Period. A final payment of all outstanding principal and accrued but unpaid interest shall be payable on the Maturity Date. FIRST INSTALLMENT PAYMENT DATE: March 1, 1999. MATURITY DATE- February 1, 2009.
Remaining Period. After the third period referred to above, for every subsequent two year period the Contract Price for the Gas shall increase by US$2.50 (two US dollars and fifty cents) per MCM. For the avoidance of doubt, for the 24 Month period immediately following the third period referred to above the Contract Price shall be US$36.00 (thirty six US dollars) per MCM.
Remaining Period. During the remainder of the Consulting Period, the Fee shall be paid quarterly in arrears and shall be $1.25 million, $750,000 and $500,000, with respect to each of the second, third and fourth years of the Consulting Period, respectively.

UST agrees that such consultation and advice (which may take various forms, including participation in experimental activities and the preparation and delivery of written analyses and recommendations) shall be rendered by those UST personnel who were engaged in the performance of the Development Services and that (to the extent requested by Atricure) the level of time and effort devoted to such consultation and advice shall be substantially equivalent to that which UST devoted to the rendition of the Development Services.

  • Retention Period The Engineer shall maintain all books, documents, papers, accounting records and other evidence pertaining to costs incurred and services provided (hereinafter called the Records). The Engineer shall make the records available at its office during the contract period and for seven (7) years from the date of final payment under this contract, until completion of all audits, or until pending litigation has been completely and fully resolved, whichever occurs last.

  • Tolling Period If it becomes necessary or desirable for the Corporation to seek compliance with the provisions of Section 14.2 by legal proceedings, the period during which Grantee shall comply with said provisions will extend for a period of twelve (12) months from the date the Corporation institutes legal proceedings for injunctive or other relief.

  • Election Period The period which begins on the first day of the Plan Year in which the Participant attains age thirty-five (35) and ends on the date of the Participant’s death. If a Participant separates from Service prior to the first day of the Plan Year in which age thirty-five (35) is attained, the Election Period shall begin on the date of separation, with respect to the account balance as of the date of separation.

  • Consideration Period You have 21 days from the date this Separation Agreement is given to you to consider this Separation Agreement before signing it. You may use as much or as little of this 21-day period as you wish before signing. If you do not sign and return this Separation Agreement within this 21-day period, you will not be eligible to receive the benefits described in this Separation Agreement.

  • Funding Period The Funding Period, if any, shall not have terminated.

  • Termination Period This Option shall be exercisable for three (3) months after Participant ceases to be a Service Provider, unless such termination is due to Participant’s death or Disability, in which case this Option shall be exercisable for twelve (12) months after Participant ceases to be a Service Provider. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, in no event may this Option be exercised after the Term/Expiration Date as provided above and this Option may be subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 13 of the Plan.

  • Transition Period Due to the nature of our purchasing process, the District often requires an existing service provider to continue to provide goods and/or services while the District is in the process of advertising, evaluating, and awarding a contract for the provision of the same goods and/or services in the future. To accommodate this process, the Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if requested by the District, as a transition period. In addition, if the Contractor is not the successful bidder for a future solicitation for the same or similar services, he or she shall agree to provide the same goods and/or services provided in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days to allow for an orderly transition to the new provider. The District and the Contractor may mutually agree to a longer transition period.
