Relocation/Subcontractor Notification. The Seller shall not relocate or subcontract any Category I or II work without written Buyer acceptance. Notification to Buyer should be made to the Procurement Agent who manages the Seller's contract and shall contain the subcontractor name, address, telephone number, QA manager name, applicable part numbers, and part descriptions. Category I and II work is defined in FAA Order 8120.2, Appendix D.
