Common use of Relocation of Work Clause in Contracts

Relocation of Work. Where the Employer’s business plan requires work and the Employees performing the work to be relocated from one hospital to another hospital site, the affected Employee(s) will be permitted to relocate, at his/her option, with full seniority and benefits previously enjoyed at his/her original site.
