Relocation Benefits. (a) The Company will reimburse Executive for reasonable packing, shipping, transportation costs and other expenses incurred by Executive in relocating Executive, Executive's family and personal property to the Greater Kansas City Area, in accordance with the H&R Block Executive Relocation Program.
