Relocation, Acquisition and Displacement. The Municipality agrees to comply with 24 CFR 570.606 relating to the acquisition and disposition of all real property utilizing grant funds, and to the displacement of persons, businesses, nonprofit organizations and farms occurring as a direct result of any acquisition of real property utilizing grant funds. The Municipality agrees to comply with applicable County Resolutions and Policies, if any, concerning displacement of individuals from their residences.

Relocation, Acquisition and Displacement. The Subrecipient agrees to comply with 24 CFR 570.606 relating to the acquisition and disposition of all real property utilizing grant funds, and to the displacement of persons, businesses, nonprofit organizations and farms occurring as a direct result of any acquisition of real property utilizing grant funds. The Subrecipient agrees to comply with applicable City Ordinances, Resolutions, and Policies concerning displacement of individuals from their residences.
Relocation, Acquisition and Displacement. The SPONSOR must, and shall cause the OWNER OF LEASEHOLD INTEREST to, comply with 24 CFR 92.353 related to the displacement, relocation and acquisition of all real property utilizing grant funds. The SPONSOR agrees, and shall cause the OWNER OF LEASEHOLD INTEREST to agree, to comply with applicable City Ordinances, Resolutions, and Policies and the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policy of 1970, as amended 42 USC 4201-4655, 49 CFR 21.1, concerning displacement of individuals from their residence. --------EIGHTH: Personnel & Participation Conditions------------------------------------------

The Borrower shall ensure or cause the Project Executing Agency to ensure that all land and all rights-of-way required for the Project are made available to the Works contractor in accordance with the schedule agreed under the related Works contract and all land acquisition and resettlement activities are implemented in compliance with (a) all applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower relating to land acquisition and involuntary resettlement; (b) the Involuntary Resettlement Safeguards; and (c) all measures and requirements set forth in the RP, and any corrective or preventative actions set forth in the Safeguards Monitoring Report.

Upon request, Human Resource Services will make the reasonable accommodation written procedures available to an employee.

  • Reduction and Disconnection NYISO or Transmission Owner may reduce Network Access Interconnection Service or disconnect the Large Generating Facility or the Developer Attachment Facilities, when such, reduction or disconnection is necessary under Good Utility Practice due to an Emergency State. These rights are separate and distinct from any right of Curtailment of NYISO pursuant to the NYISO OATT. When NYISO or Transmission Owner can schedule the reduction or disconnection in advance, NYISO or Transmission Owner shall notify Developer of the reasons, timing and expected duration of the reduction or disconnection. NYISO or Transmission Owner shall coordinate with the Developer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the reduction or disconnection during periods of least impact to the Developer and the New York State Transmission System. Any reduction or disconnection shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice. The Parties shall cooperate with each other to restore the Large Generating Facility, the Attachment Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System to their normal operating state as soon as practicable consistent with Good Utility Practice.

  • Printing and Distribution of Agreement The Medical Center and the Association shall equally share expenses for the printing of an adequate supply of copies of this Agreement. The Medical Center will make available a suitable number of copies of the Agreement on each nursing unit following the Association’s delivery of the printed copies to the Medical Center.

  • Acquisition For the purpose of this Warrant, “Acquisition” means any transaction or series of related transactions involving: (i) the sale, lease, exclusive license, or other disposition of all or substantially all of the assets of the Company (ii) any merger or consolidation of the Company into or with another person or entity (other than a merger or consolidation effected exclusively to change the Company’s domicile), or any other corporate reorganization, in which the stockholders of the Company in their capacity as such immediately prior to such merger, consolidation or reorganization, own less than a majority of the Company’s (or the surviving or successor entity’s) outstanding voting power immediately after such merger, consolidation or reorganization (or, if such Company stockholders beneficially own a majority of the outstanding voting power of the surviving or successor entity as of immediately after such merger, consolidation or reorganization, such surviving or successor entity is not the Company); or (iii) any sale or other transfer by the stockholders of the Company of shares representing at least a majority of the Company’s then-total outstanding combined voting power.

  • Property Acquisitions System Agency funds must not be used to purchase buildings or real property. Any costs related to the initial acquisition of the buildings or real property are not allowable.
