RELIGIOUS WORSHIP Clause Samples
The RELIGIOUS WORSHIP clause defines the rights and limitations regarding the use of premises for religious activities. Typically, this clause specifies whether tenants or occupants are permitted to conduct religious services, ceremonies, or gatherings on the property, and may outline any restrictions or requirements, such as compliance with local laws or obtaining prior approval from the landlord. Its core practical function is to clarify the permissible uses of the premises in relation to religious practices, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring that both parties understand their rights and obligations concerning religious worship on the property.
