Common use of Relief Periods Clause in Contracts

Relief Periods. All employees working more than three and one-half (3½) hours and up to and including five (5) hours per day shall receive one (1) ten (10) minute rest period. All employees working more than five (5) hours and up to and including six (6) hours per day shall receive one (1) fifteen (15) minute rest period. All employees working more than a six (6) hour day shall receive two (2) ten (10) minute rest periods.
