Relief Breaks. A. Employees who work six (6) hours or more shall be allowed one (1) fifteen (15) minute relief break approximately midway through the first half of their scheduled shift, and one (1) fifteen (15) minute relief break approximately midway through the second half of their scheduled shift. Employees who work a shift of at least three (3) hours but less than six (6) hours shall be allowed one (1) fifteen (15) minute break. The Employer has the right to schedule the taking of such relief periods to accommodate operational requirements, and to establish reasonable rules governing the taking of such relief periods. When working other than the regular shift, relief periods shall be allowed consistent with the above schedule. Each break shall be free from assigned duties. B. The parties agree that the Employer shall provide a room designated as an "employee break room".
