Reliance by Persons Dealing with the Plan Administrator. In the absence of actual knowledge to the contrary, any person dealing with the Debtors and the Estate(s) shall be entitled to rely on the authority of the Plan Administrator to act on behalf of the Estates and the Estates, and shall have no obligation to inquire into the existence of such authority.
