Relevant Laws. All Transactions which the Company effects on the Client's Instructions shall be effected in accordance with all Applicable Regulations and Rules applicable to the Company and/or the Client. All actions taken by the Company in accordance with Applicable Regulations and Rules shall be binding on the Client.
