Common use of Relevant Documents Clause in Contracts

Relevant Documents. This MoU is supplementary to the Grant Agreement number: 2014-1-IS01-KA20XX-XXXXXXX, its annexes, the original application, and the budget allocated to the project. If there is a conflict those documents have precedence over the MoU. Both parties are obliged to familiarize themselves with and respect the provisions of the above-mentioned documents.
