Common use of Released Parties Clause in Contracts

Released Parties. The Released Parties are the Company, all affiliated companies, parents, divisions or subsidiaries, and, with respect to each of them, all of the Company’s or such related entities’ predecessors and successors, and, with respect to the Company and each entity described above, all of their past and present employees, officers, directors, stockholders, owners, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, insurers, employee benefit programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such programs), and any other persons acting by, through, under, or in concert with any of the persons or entities listed in this paragraph.

Released Parties. The Released Parties are the Company, all affiliated current and former parents, subsidiaries, affiliates or related companies, parentspartnerships, divisions or subsidiariesjoint ventures, and, with respect to each of them, all of the Company’s or such related entities’ their predecessors and successors, ; and, with respect to the Company and each entity described abovesuch entity, all of their past its past, present, and present future employees, officers, directors, stockholders, owners, managers, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, insurers, employee benefit programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such programs), and any other persons acting by, through, under, under or in concert with any of the persons or entities listed in this paragraphsubsection, and their successors.

Released Parties. The Released Parties are the Company, all affiliated current or former related companies, parentspartnerships, divisions or subsidiariesjoint ventures, and, with respect to each of them, all of the Company’s or such related entities’ predecessors and successors, and, with respect to the Company and each entity described abovesuch entity, all of their past its past, present, and present future employees, officers, directors, stockholders, owners, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, insurers, employee benefit programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such programs), and any other persons acting by, through, under, or in concert with any of the persons or entities listed in this paragraphsubsection, and their successors.

Released Parties. The Released Parties are the Company, are: Adex and all affiliated of Adex’s current or former parent companies, parentssubsidiary companies, divisions and/or related, affiliated, or subsidiariespredecessor companies, partnerships, and/or joint ventures, and, with respect to each of them, all of the Company’s or such related entities’ predecessors its past, present, and successors, and, with respect to the Company and each entity described above, all of their past and present future employees, officers, partners, principals, directors, stockholders, owners, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, insurers, employee benefit programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such programs), and any other persons acting by, through, under, or in concert with any of the persons or entities listed in this paragraphsubsection, and their successors. Said parties shall be referred to collectively herein as the "Released Parties."

The Released Parties are the Company, all affiliated related companies, partnerships, subsidiaries, including but not limited to First Farmers and Merchant Bank, their parents, divisions or subsidiariesjoint ventures, and, with respect to each of them, all of the Company’s or such related entities’ their predecessors and successors, ; and, with respect to the Company and each entity described abovesuch entity, all of their its past and present employees, officers, directors, stockholders, owners, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, insurers, employee benefit programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such programs), and any other persons acting by, through, under, under or in concert with any of the persons or entities listed in this paragraphsubsection.

Released Parties. Released Parties. The Released Parties are the Company, Company and all affiliated of its related companies, parentspartnerships, divisions or subsidiariesjoint ventures, and, with respect to each of them, all of the Company’s or such related entities’ their predecessors and successors, ; and, with respect to the Company and each entity described abovesuch entity, all of their its past and present employees, independent contractors, vendors, consultants officers, directors, stockholders, owners, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, insurers, employee benefit plans and programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such plans and programs), and any other persons acting by, through, under, or in concert with any of the persons or entities listed in this paragraphsubsection.
