Common use of Release Time for Training Clause in Contracts

Release Time for Training. The County shall provide the Union a maximum of 320 total hours per year of release time for union designated stewards or officers to attend union-sponsored training programs. Requests for release time shall be provided in writing to the Department and County Human Resources at least fifteen (15) days in advance of the time requested.
