Release Time for State Conferences. CSEA shall have the right to release time for chapter delegates to attend the CSEA Annual Conferences up to the allowable number of delegates as listed in the CSEA State Association Constitution Bylaws. Five (5) days written notice will be given to the Superintendent or District designated representative prior to paid release time for any workshops and/or conferences.
