Release Time for Meetings. Whenever any representative of the Association or any instructor or member participates during work hours in negotiations and grievance proceedings concerning the administration of the Agreement, that person shall suffer no loss in pay. Such meetings shall be scheduled during an instructor or member's class time only at the request of or with the consent of the College.
