Common use of Release of Liability Clause in Contracts

Release of Liability. Despite all risks, both known and unknown, including but not limited to serious bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysis, and loss of life, I, on behalf of myself, and/or on behalf of my spouse, minor child(ren), or xxxx(s) hereby expressly and voluntarily remise, release, acquit, satisfy, and forever discharge and agree not to xxx, and/or pursue any other form of legal action against EPIC 6, including its owners, employees, or equipment suppliers, and agree to hold said parties harmless of and from any and all manner of actions or omissions, causes of action, suits, sums of money, controversies, damages, judgements, executions, claims, and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity, including but not limited to, any and all claims which allege negligent acts and/or omissions committed by Epic 6, its owners, employees, or equipment suppliers, whether the action arises out of any damage, loss, personal injury, or death to myself, and/or on behalf of my spouse, minor child(ren), or xxxx(s). This release of liability is effective and valid regardless of whether the damage, loss, or death is a result of any act or omission on the part of EPIC 6, its owners, employees, or equipment suppliers.

Release of Liability. Despite all risks, both known and unknown, unknown risks including but not limited to serious bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysis, paralysis and loss of life, I, on behalf of myself, and/or on behalf of my spouse, minor child(ren), or xxxx(schild(ren)/xxxx(s) hereby expressly and voluntarily remise, release, acquit, satisfy, satisfy and forever discharge and agree not to xxx, and/or pursue any other form of legal action against EPIC 6xxx ABOVEALL, including its ownerssuppliers, employeesdesigners, installers, manufacturers of any trampoline equipment, foam pit material, or such other material and equipment suppliers, in ABOVEALL’S facility (all hereinafter referred to as “EQUIPMENT SUPPLIERS”) and agree to hold said parties harmless of and from any and all manner of actions or omissionsomission(s), causes of action, suits, sums of money, controversies, damages, judgementsjudgments, executions, claims, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity, including including, but not limited to, any and all claims which allege negligent acts and/or omissions committed by Epic 6, its owners, employees, ABOVEALL or equipment suppliersany EQUIPMENT SUPPLIERS, whether the action arises out of any damage, loss, personal injury, or death to myself, and/or on behalf of me or my spouse, minor child(renchild(ren)/xxxx(s), while participating in or xxxx(s)as a result of participating in any of the ACTIVITIES in or about the premises. This release Release of liability Liability, is effective and valid regardless of whether the damage, loss, loss or death is a result of any act or omission on the part of EPIC 6, its owners, employees, or equipment suppliersABOVEALL and/or any EQUIPMENT SUPPLIERS.

Release of Liability. Release of Liability. Despite all risks, both known and unknown, unknown risks including but not limited to serious bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysis, paralysis and loss of life, I, on behalf of myself, and/or on behalf of my spouse, minor child(ren), or xxxx(schild(ren)/xxxx(s) hereby expressly and voluntarily remise, release, acquit, satisfy, satisfy and forever discharge and agree not to xxx, and/or pursue any other form of legal action against EPIC 6xxx AIRSTRIKE, including its ownerssuppliers, employeesdesigners, installers, manufacturers of any trampoline equipment, foam pit material, or such other material and equipment suppliers, in AIRSTRIKE’S facility (all hereinafter referred to as “EQUIPMENT SUPPLIERS”) and agree to hold said parties harmless of and from any and all manner of actions or omissionsomission(s), causes of action, suits, sums of money, controversies, damages, judgementsjudgments, executions, claims, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity, including including, but not limited to, any and all claims which allege negligent acts and/or omissions committed by Epic 6, its owners, employees, AIRSTRIKE or equipment suppliersany EQUIPMENT SUPPLIERS, whether the action arises out of any damage, loss, personal injury, or death to myself, and/or on behalf of me or my spouse, minor child(renchild(ren)/xxxx(s), while participating in or xxxx(s)as a result of participating in any of the ACTIVITIES in or about the premises. This release Release of liability Liability, is effective and valid regardless of whether the damage, loss, loss or death is a result of any act or omission on the part of EPIC 6, its owners, employees, or equipment suppliersAIRSTRIKE and/or any EQUIPMENT SUPPLIERS.

Release of Liability. Despite all known and unknown risks, both known I hereby expressly, voluntarily and unknown, including but not limited to serious bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysis, and loss of life, I, on behalf of myself, and/or on behalf of my spouse, minor child(ren), or xxxx(s) hereby expressly and voluntarily remise, fully release, acquit, satisfy, satisfy and forever discharge RMCC and agree not to xxx, and/or pursue any other form of legal action against EPIC 6, including its owners, employees, or equipment suppliers, the RELEASED PARTIES and agree to hold said parties them harmless of and from any and all manner of actions or omissions, causes of action, suits, sums of money, controversies, damages, judgements, executions, claims, claims and demands whatsoever, whatsoever in law or in equity, including including, but not limited to, any and all claims which allege negligent acts and/or omissions committed by Epic 6RMCC or the RELEASED PARTIES, its owners, employees, or equipment suppliers, whether the action arises out of which may result in any damage, loss, personal injury, or death to myself, and/or on behalf of me or my spouse, minor child(renchild(ren)/xxxx(s), while participating in or xxxx(s)as a result of participating in any of the ACTIVITIES. This a complete release of liability which is effective and valid regardless of whether the damage, loss, or death is a result of any act or omission comparative fault on the part of EPIC 6, its owners, employees, RMCC or equipment suppliersany of the RELEASED PARTIES.

Despite all risks, both I acknowledge that my or my child(ren)/xxxx(s)’s use of ADVENTURE AIR SPORTS’ facilities and participation in Activities offered by ADVENTURE AIR SPORTS entails known and unknownunknown risks that could result in physical or emotional injury including, including but not limited to serious bodily injurybroken bones, permanent disabilitysprained or torn ligaments, paralysis, and loss of life, I, on behalf of myself, and/or on behalf of my spouse, minor child(ren)death, or xxxx(s) other bodily injury. I understand that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the Activities. Despite all known and unknown risks, I hereby expressly assume all risks associated with participation in the Activities offered by ADVENTURE AIR SPORTS and voluntarily remise, release, acquit, satisfy, satisfy and forever discharge and agree not to xxxADVENTURE AIR SPORTS, and/or pursue any other form it suppliers, designers, installers, manufacturers of legal action against EPIC 6trampoline equipment, including its owners, employeesfoam pit material, or such other material and equipment suppliers, and in ADVENTURE AIR SPORTS’ facility (“EQUIPMENT SUPPLIERS”)and agree to hold said parties them harmless of and from any and all manner of action and actions or omissionsomission(s), causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, bills, controversies, agreements, promises, damages, judgementsjudgments, executions, claimsexpenses, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity, including including, but not limited to, any and all claims which allege negligent acts and/or omissions committed by Epic 6, ADVENTURE AIR SPORTS or its owners, employees, or equipment suppliersEQUIPMENT SUPPLIERS, whether the action arises out of any damage, loss, personal injury, or death to myself, and/or on behalf of me or my spouse, minor child(renchild(ren)/xxxx(s), while participating in or xxxx(s)as a result of participating in any of the Activities. Despite all risksThe Releasing Parties hereby forever, both known irrevocably and unknownunconditionally release, including but waive, relinquish, discharge from liability and covenant not limited to serious bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysissue Flip Factory Zone, and loss of lifetheir successors, I, on behalf of myself, and/or on behalf of my spouse, minor child(ren), or xxxx(s) hereby expressly and voluntarily remise, release, acquit, satisfypredecessors-in-interest, and forever discharge and agree not to xxxinsurers (collectively, and/or pursue any other form of legal action against EPIC 6, including its owners, employees, or equipment suppliers, and agree to hold said parties harmless of and the“Releasees") from any and all manner of actions or omissionsclaims, demands, rights, actions, suits, causes of action, suitsobligations, sums of moneydebts, controversiescosts, losses, charges, expenses, attorneys’ fees, damages, judgementsjudgments and liabilities, executionsof whatever kind or nature, claimsin law, equity or otherwise, whether now known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, and demands whatsoeverwhether or not concealed or hidden, related to or arising, directly or indirectly, from my or the Child’s access to and/or use of Flip Factory Zone, premises and/or its equipment (whether attractions or otherwise), the Child’s and/or my entry into the Flip Factory Zone, the condition, maintenance, inspection, supervision, control or security of Flip Factory Zone, the failure to warn of dangerous conditions in law connection with Flip Factory Zone, and/or the acts or in equityomissions of Flip Factory Zone or any of the Releasees, including but not limited toincluding, without limitation, any and all claims which allege negligent acts and/or omissions committed by Epic 6claim for negligence, its ownersfailure to warn or other omission, employees, or equipment suppliers, whether the action arises out of any property damage, loss, personal injury, emotional injury, illness, bodily harm, paralysis or death death. I understand that this release and waiver applies all equipment, and all activities and games at Flip Factory Zone. I understand that this release and waiver applies to myselfand includes all activities that I or my Child engage in at the premises, and/or whether inside or outside Flip Factory Zone. In the event that any claim released herein is brought by, or asserted on behalf of, the Releasing Parties, I shall immediately defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees, and any of my spousethem, minor child(ren)from any loss or liability, including reasonable attorneys' fees, associated therewith or xxxx(s). This release of liability is effective and valid regardless of whether the damage, loss, or death is a result of any act or omission on the part of EPIC 6, its owners, employees, or equipment suppliersarising therefrom.

I knowingly, willfully and voluntarily waive my right to pursue and/or file any legal claim to collect damages or compensation of any kind should I or my child(ren)/xxxx(s) suffer harm of any kind, including, but not limited to, harm or injury in the form(s) listed above, while participating in any activity sponsored by BULL CITY ESCAPE or while on the premises of BULL CITY ESCAPE.
