Common use of Release for Payment Clause in Contracts

Release for Payment. Upon receipt by the Custodian of the Servicers’ request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit 3 (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Certificate Account as provided in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement), the Custodian shall promptly release the related Custodial File to such Servicer.

Release for Payment. Upon receipt by the Custodian of the Servicers’ Servicer's request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit 3 (3, which certification shall include includes a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Certificate Account custodial account as provided in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement)related servicing agreement, the Custodian shall promptly release the related Custodial File to the Servicer in accordance with such Servicerrequest for release.

Upon receipt by the Custodian of the Servicers’ Servicer’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit 3 (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Certificate Custodial Account as provided in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement), the Custodian shall promptly release the related Custodial File to such the Servicer.

Upon receipt by the Custodian of the Servicers’ Master Servicer's request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit EXHIBIT 3 (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Certificate Account as provided in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement), the Custodian shall promptly release the related Custodial File to such the Master Servicer.

Release for Payment. Upon receipt by the Custodian of the Servicers’ a Servicer's request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit 3 (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Certificate Account as provided in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement), the Custodian shall promptly release the related Custodial File to such Servicer.
