Common use of Release for Payment Clause in Contracts

Release for Payment. Upon receipt by the Collateral Custodian of the Servicer’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit M (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Collection Account as provided in this Agreement), the Collateral Custodian shall promptly release the related Required Loan Documents to the Servicer.

Release for Payment. Upon receipt by the Collateral Custodian of the Servicer’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit M N (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Collection Account as provided in this Agreement), the Collateral Custodian shall promptly release the related Required Loan Documents to the Servicer.

Release for Payment. Upon receipt by the Collateral Custodian of the Servicer’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit M (which H(which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Collection Account as provided in this Agreement), the Collateral Custodian shall promptly release the related Required Loan Asset Documents to the Servicer.

Release for Payment. Upon receipt by the Collateral Custodian of the Servicer’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit M G (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Collection Account as provided in this Agreement), the Collateral Custodian shall promptly release the related Required Loan Documents Receivable File to the Servicer.

Release for Payment. Upon receipt by the Collateral Custodian of the ServicerBorrower’s (or the Collateral Manager’s on its behalf) request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit M (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Collection Account as provided in this Agreement), the Collateral Custodian shall promptly release the related Required Loan Documents to the Servicersuch requesting Person.

Upon receipt by the Collateral Custodian of the Servicer’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit M H (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Collection Account as provided in this Agreement), the Collateral Custodian shall promptly release the related Required Loan Asset Documents to the Servicer.

Upon receipt by the Collateral Custodian of the Servicer’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit M L (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the appropriate Collection Account as provided in this Agreement), the Collateral Custodian shall promptly release the related Required Loan Documents File to the Servicer, on behalf of the Borrower.

Upon receipt by the Collateral Custodian of the Servicer’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit M L (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Collection Account as provided in this Agreement), the Collateral Custodian shall promptly release the related Required Loan Documents File to the Servicer, on behalf of the Borrower.

Upon receipt by the Collateral Custodian of the Servicer’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit M L (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection 141 with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Collection Account as provided in this Agreement), the Collateral Custodian shall promptly release the related Required Loan Documents to the Servicer.

Release for Payment. Upon receipt by the Collateral Custodian of the Servicer’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit M D (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been or will be credited to the Collection Account as provided in this Agreement), the Collateral Custodian shall promptly release the related Required Loan Documents Underlying Instruments to the Servicer.
