Common use of Release Documents Clause in Contracts

Release Documents. When the terms of Section 3.3 are satisfied with respect to a Collateral Property or when Lender has consented to a Substitution pursuant to Section 2.3, Lender shall execute and deliver to the Borrower such documents as may be necessary or appropriate to release such Borrower from its obligations under the Loan Documents and to release all liens held by Lender on such Collateral Property. All such documents shall be prepared by Borrower's counsel, shall be in a form appropriate in the jurisdiction in which such Collateral Property is located, shall be reasonably acceptable to Lender in form and substance and shall be delivered to Lender at least thirty (30) days before the proposed release date.
