Relationship with Non-CLF Users Clause Samples

Relationship with Non-CLF Users. All Non-CLF Users who access or use Participant’s Project for a Non-CLF Collaboration or any other purpose and are not already an Other Participant, must: (a) be approved by Data Republic as a Non-CLF User; and (b) prior to being granted access to the Participant’s Project to conduct Non-CLF Collaborations or for any other related purpose, first enter into the Guest Agreement, whereby, upon approval by Data Republic, the relevant Non- CLF User shall be identified as a Non-CLF User and shall be authorised to access and use such Project.
