Common use of Relationship of the Parties Clause in Contracts

Relationship of the Parties. This Agreement shall not be interpreted or construed to create an association, joint venture, or partnership or agency or any such other relationship between the Parties or to impose any partnership obligation or liability upon either Party and neither Party shall have any right, power or authority to enter into any agreement or undertaking for, or act on behalf of, or to act as or be an agent or representative of, or to otherwise bind, the other Party.

Relationship of the Parties. This Agreement shall not be interpreted or construed to create an association, joint venture, or partnership between the Parties or agency or any such other principal/agent relationship between the Parties or to impose any partnership obligation or relationship of trust or of a fiduciary nature or liability upon either Party and neither Party shall have any right, power or authority to enter into any agreement or undertaking for, or act on behalf of, or to act as or be an agent or representative of, or to otherwise bind, bind the other Party.

Relationship of the Parties. This Agreement shall not be interpreted or construed to create an association, joint venture, venture or partnership or agency or any such other relationship between the Parties hereto or to impose any partnership obligation or liability upon either Party and neither such Party. This Agreement shall not be interpreted or construed to create an employment relationship, an association, agency, joint venture, venture or partnership or agency or any such other relationship between the Parties or to impose any partnership obligation or liability attributable to such a relationship upon either Party and neither Party shall have any right, power or authority to enter into any agreement or undertaking for, or act on behalf of, or to act as or be an agent or representative of, or to otherwise bind, the other Party.

Relationship of the Parties. Relationship of the Parties. This Agreement shall not be interpreted or construed to create an association, joint venture, or partnership or agency or any such other relationship between the Parties parties or to impose any partnership obligation or liability upon either Party party and neither Party party shall have any right, power or authority to enter into any agreement or undertaking for, or act on behalf of, or to act as or be an agent or representative of, or to otherwise bind, the other Partyparty.

Relationship of the Parties. This Agreement shall not be interpreted or construed to create an association, joint venture, venture or partnership or agency or any such other relationship between the Parties or the intervening parties or to impose any partnership obligation or liability upon either Party or the intervening parties and neither Party nor the intervening parties shall have any right, power or authority to enter into any agreement or undertaking for, or act on behalf of, or to act as or be an agent or representative of, or to otherwise bind, the other PartyParty or the intervening parties.

This 20.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall not be interpreted or construed to create an association, as creating any joint venture, or partnership or agency or any such other relationship between the Parties parties for any purpose whatsoever or to impose any partnership obligation or liability upon as constituting either Party party as the legal representative of the other, and neither Party party shall have any right, power the right or the authority to enter into assume, create or incur any agreement liability or undertaking forobligation of any kind, express or act implied, against or in the name of or on behalf of, or to act as or be an agent or representative of, or to otherwise bind, of the other Partyother.
