Relationship Between Licensee and Licensor Sample Clauses
The 'Relationship Between Licensee and Licensor' clause defines the legal and operational connection between the parties involved in a licensing agreement. Typically, it clarifies that the licensee and licensor remain independent entities and that the agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. This clause is essential for preventing misunderstandings about the nature of the parties' association and for limiting liability by ensuring that neither party is held responsible for the actions or obligations of the other.
