Relation to Original Indenture. This Supplemental Indenture is executed and shall be construed as an indenture supplemental to the Original Indenture as heretofore supplemented and modified, and as supplemented and modified hereby, the Original Indenture as heretofore supplemented and modified is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Original Indenture as heretofore and hereby supplemented and modified shall be read, taken, and construed as one and the same instrument. All terms used in this Supplemental Indenture shall be taken to have the same meaning as in the Original Indenture except in cases where the context clearly indicates otherwise.
Relation to Original Indenture. This Supplemental Indenture constitutes an integral part of the Original Indenture.
Relation to Original Indenture. This First Supplemental Indenture supplements the Original Indenture and shall be a part of and subject to all the terms thereof. Except as supplemented hereby, all of the terms, provisions and conditions of the Original Indenture and the Securities issued thereunder shall continue in full force and effect.

This Second Supplemental Indenture supplements the Original Indenture, as amended and supplemented by the First Supplemental Indenture, and shall be a part and subject to all the terms thereof. Except as supplemented hereby, all of the terms, provisions and conditions of the Original Indenture, as amended and supplemented by the First Supplemental Indenture, and the Securities issued thereunder shall continue in full force and effect.
Relation to Original Indenture. This Third Supplemental Indenture supplements the Original Indenture, as amended and supplemented by the First Supplemental Indenture and the Second Supplemental Indenture, and shall be a part and subject to all the terms thereof. Except as supplemented hereby, all of the terms, provisions and conditions of the Original Indenture, as amended and supplemented by the First Supplemental Indenture and the Second Supplemental Indenture, and the Securities issued thereunder shall continue in full force and effect.
Relation to Original Indenture. This Tenth Supplemental Indenture supplements the Indenture, and shall be a part and subject to all the terms thereof. Except as supplemented hereby, all of the terms, provisions and conditions of the Indenture, and the Securities issued thereunder shall continue in full force and effect.
Relation to Original Indenture. This First Supplemental Indenture constitutes an integral part of the Original Indenture.
Relation to Original Indenture. This Fourth Supplemental Indenture supplements the Indenture and shall be a part of and subject to all the terms thereof. Except as supplemented hereby, all of the terms, provisions and conditions of the Indenture and the Notes shall continue in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of the Indenture and the terms and conditions of this Fourth Supplemental Indenture, then the terms and conditions of this Fourth Supplemental Indenture shall prevail.
Relation to Original Indenture. This Fifth Supplemental Indenture supplements the Indenture and shall be a part of and subject to all the terms thereof. Except as supplemented hereby, all of the terms, provisions and conditions of the Indenture and the Notes issued thereunder shall continue in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of the Indenture and the terms and conditions of this Fifth Supplemental Indenture, then the terms and conditions of this Fifth Supplemental Indenture shall prevail. The Notes include certain of the foregoing provisions from the Indenture. Upon the execution and delivery of this Fifth Supplemental Indenture, such provisions from the Notes shall be deemed deleted or amended, as applicable.
Relation to Original Indenture. This Supplemental Indenture No. 2 constitutes an integral part of the Original Indenture, and supplements and amends the Original Indenture solely with respect to the Notes.
