Common use of Relation to Base Indenture Clause in Contracts

Relation to Base Indenture. This Supplemental Indenture constitutes an integral part of the Base Indenture. However, to the extent any provision of the Base Indenture conflicts with the express provisions of this Supplemental Indenture, the provisions of this Supplemental Indenture will govern and be controlling in respect of the Notes.
