Delivery of Servicing Records The Seller shall forward to the Purchaser, or its designee, all servicing records and the Servicing File in the Seller's possession relating to each related Mortgage Loan including the information enumerated in the Interim Servicing Agreement (with respect to each such Mortgage Loan, for an interim period, as specified therein).
Purchases of Portfolio Shares for Sale to Customers (a) In offering and selling Portfolio shares to your customers, you agree to act as dealer for your own account; you are not authorized to act as agent for us or for any Portfolio.
Equipment The Fund shall obtain and maintain at its own cost and expense all equipment and services, including but not limited to communications services, necessary for it to utilize the Software and obtain access to the System, and Custodian shall not be responsible for the reliability or availability of any such equipment or services.
Computer The Contractor shall maintain at its office for its use a computer with, at a minimum, a 1 GHz processor and an internet connection. The Contractor shall maintain individual email accounts for each of its project managers.
Delivery of Assets to Custodian The Trust shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Custodian all of the Fund's Securities, cash and other investment assets, including (i) all payments of income, payments of principal and capital distributions received by the Fund with respect to such Securities, cash or other assets owned by the Fund at any time during the period of this Agreement, and (ii) all cash received by the Fund for the issuance of Shares. The Custodian shall not be responsible for such Securities, cash or other assets until actually received by it.
Computers All computers, hardware, software, computer upgrades and maintenance in connection therewith shall be at Owner's expense.
Data To permit evaluation of requests under paragraph (c) of this clause based on unreasonable cost, the Contractor shall include the following information and any applicable supporting data based on the survey of suppliers: Foreign and Domestic Construction Materials Cost Comparison Construction material description Unit of measure Quantity Cost (dollars) * Item 1: Foreign construction material Domestic construction material Item 2 Foreign construction material Domestic construction material [List name, address, telephone number, and contact for suppliers surveyed. Purchase of Products You agree to purchase from Us the hardware products, software licenses and services listed on the Order Form, together with all existing accessories, attachments, replacements, and additions (collectively the “Products”) upon the terms stated herein. For the avoidance of doubt, postage meters for use in mailing machines are excluded from the definition of Products. This Purchase Agreement is binding on You as of the date You sign it. This Purchase Agreement is not binding on Us until We sign it or until the Products are shipped, whichever happens first.
Delivery of Equipment (a) We will try to deliver Equipment to you on the delivery date (Delivery Date) and at the address (Site) indicated on your Application during normal business hours in that area.
Communication Equipment All charges for equipment or services used for communication between the Manager or the Corporation or Fund and the custodian, transfer agent or any other agent selected by the Corporation;
