Related Aircraft any Boeing model 737-7BD aircraft that is the subject of any Related Mortgage. Related Loan Agreement: (A) the Loan Agreement, dated as of August 31, 2005, among Borrower, the lenders identified therein in Schedule 1 thereto and RBS, as security agent for the lenders thereto in respect of the acquisition financing of twelve (12) Boeing model 737-7BD aircraft bearing manufacturer’s serial numbers 33924, 33925, 33926, 34861, 33923, 34862, 33929, 35109, 33930, 35110, 33927 and 33928, respectively; (B) the Loan Agreement [N320AT], dated as of August 31, 2006, among Borrower, the lenders identified therein in Schedule 1 thereto and RBS, as security agent for the lenders thereto, in respect of the acquisition financing of one (1) Boeing model 737-7BD aircraft bearing manufacturer’s serial number 33932; (C) the Loan Agreement [N330AT], dated as of August 31, 2006, among Borrower, the lenders identified therein in Schedule 1 thereto and RBS, as security agent for the lenders thereto, in respect of the acquisition financing of one (1) Boeing model 737-7BD aircraft bearing manufacturer’s serial number 33935; (D) the Loan Agreement [N336AT], dated as of August 31, 2006, among Borrower, the lenders identified therein in Schedule 1 thereto and RBS, as security agent for the lenders thereto, in respect of the acquisition financing of one (1) Boeing model 737-7BD aircraft bearing manufacturer’s serial number 33936; and/or (E) the Loan Agreement [N344AT], dated as of August 31, 2006, among Borrower, the lenders identified therein in Schedule 1 thereto and RBS, as security agent for the lenders thereto, in respect of the acquisition financing of one (1) Boeing model 737-7BD aircraft bearing manufacturer’s serial number 33939.

  • Aircraft This peril includes self-propelled missiles and spacecraft.

  • Lease of Aircraft Lessor agrees to lease the Aircraft to Lessee pursuant to the provisions of FAR Section 91.501(b)(6) and Section 91.501(c)(1) and this Agreement, and to provide a fully-qualified and credentialed flight crew for all flights to be conducted hereunder during the Term (as defined in Section 13) hereof. The parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement did not result in any way from any direct or indirect advertising, holding out or soliciting on the part of Lessor or any person purportedly acting on behalf of Lessor. Lessor and Lessee intend that the lease of the Aircraft effected by this Agreement shall be treated as a “wet lease” pursuant to which Lessor provides transportation services to Lessee in accordance with FAR Section 91.501(b)(6) and Section 91.501(c)(1).

  • Condition of Aircraft Upon any Return Occasion, Lessee shall return such Aircraft to Lessor in such condition that the Aircraft shall also comply with each and every condition and requirement set forth elsewhere in this Lease, including Exhibit E hereto.

  • Equipment Location This Contract is for service of the Equipment at the location in the attached EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE hereof. If any unit of Equipment is moved (which movement will in all instances be at Customer's risk and expense), Customer will so notify Contractor.
