Reinstatement of Maintenance Services. If Customer has terminated or elected not to renew maintenance, Customer can elect to reinstate maintenance if OPIE still offers maintenance for the Software and if Customer pays a fee equal to (i) the maintenance fees for the period when Customer did not receive maintenance and
Reinstatement of Maintenance Services. If Customer has terminated or elected not to renew Maintenance and Support, Customer can elect to reinstate Maintenance and Support if Uila still offers Maintenance and Support for the Software and if Customer pays a fee equal to (i) the Maintenance and Support fees for the period when Customer did not receive Maintenance and Support and (ii) the Maintenance and Support fee for the current Maintenance Term.
Reinstatement of Maintenance Services. If Maintenance Services are terminated for any reason, or if you wish to renew Maintenance Services more than thirty (30) days after Maintenance Services have been terminated, you may be permitted to reinstate or renew Maintenance Services, at Synopsys’s sole option, provided that (a) Synopsys offers Maintenance Services to its customers generally for the Licensed Product in question, and (b) you pay Synopsys the following: all applicable Maintenance Services fees for the period during which you were off Maintenance Services, and Synopsys’s then-current reinstatement fee plus payment for the new Maintenance Services term.

If the Maintenance Term (or any renewal thereof) expires without being renewed, Customer may thereafter resume receiving Maintenance Services upon (a) notification to ES&S, (b) payment of all Maintenance Fees which would have been due to ES&S had the Maintenance Term or renewal not expired, and (c) the granting to ES&S of access to the System, so that ES&S may analyze it and perform such maintenance as may be necessary before resuming the Maintenance Services.
