Reinstatement, etc. The Guarantor hereby agrees that this Guaranty shall continue to be effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time any payment (in whole or in part) of any of the Obligations is invalidated, declared to be fraudulent or preferential, set aside, rescinded or must otherwise be restored by any Secured Party, including upon the occurrence of any Default set forth in Section 8.1.9 of the Credit Agreement or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement, etc. The Each Guarantor hereby jointly and severally agrees that this Guaranty shall continue to be effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time any payment (in whole or in part) of any of the Secured Obligations is invalidated, declared to be fraudulent or preferential, set aside, rescinded or must otherwise be restored by any Secured Party, including upon the occurrence of any Default set forth in Section 8.1.9 of the Credit Agreement or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made.
