Reinstatement, etc. Each Guarantor agrees that this Guarantee shall continue to be effective or be reinstated (including on or after the Termination Date), as the case may be, if at any time any payment (in whole or in part) of any of the Obligations is invalidated, declared to be fraudulent or preferential, set aside, rescinded or must otherwise be restored by the Lender, including upon the occurrence of any Event of Default set forth in Section 9.1(h) of the Credit Agreement or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made.
