REINSTALLATION. If Your original Product needs service and was delivered and installed by the Retailer (BrandsMart USA), as evidenced on Your sales receipt/invoice, and You receive a replacement product pursuant to this Service Agreement or it is necessary for Us/Our authorized representative to remove Your original Product for it to be serviced, We will cover the delivery and installation costs for Your replacement product or serviced original Product; exclusive of any and all parts that may be needed to complete such installation (i.e. mounting brackets and kits).
REINSTALLATION. If Your original Product needs service and was delivered and installed by the Retailer (BrandsMart USA), as evidenced on Your Sales Receipt/Invoice, and You receive a replacement product pursuant to this Service Agreement or it is necessary for Us/Our authorized representative to remove Your original Product for it to be serviced, We will cover the delivery and installation costs for Your replacement product to its original location; exclusive of any and all parts that may be needed to complete such installation (i.e. mounting brackets and kits).
A. ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE FROM HANDLING (ADH) UPGRADE: When purchased, this optional coverage upgrade provides for the repair (or at Our sole discretion, replacement or reimbursement for replacement) of Your Covered Product in the event of a covered ADH event in addition to the benefits outlined under the COVERAGE OPTION PLAN section that is applicable to Your purchased Plan.
B. TV SCREEN DAMAGE UPGRADE: When purchased, this Optional Coverage Upgrade adds the following coverage for Your eligible TV Product: in the event of a covered Claim, We will provide for the labor and/or parts necessary to replace Your TV Product’s screen if it sustains cracks or scratches due to reasons OTHER than dropping the TV Product and expressly subject to all provisions listed in the EXCLUSIONS section.
C. COMMERCIAL/BUSINESS USE UPGRADE: When purchased, this optional coverage upgrade provides for the benefits outlined under Your Plan for a Covered Product used in a commercial/business capacity.
REINSTALLATION. In the event that ▇▇▇▇▇ elects to replace or rein- stall warranted planks, ▇▇▇▇▇ shall in no manner be obligated to provide for or incur the costs of moving or removing fixtures or other objects affixed to the flooring, nor shall it be obligated to provide for or incur the costs of removing or re-installing the defective floor- ing or resurfacing or refinishing the replaced or surrounding floor- ing, except, and to the extent expressly provided in the Warranty Description, above. No obligation to replace or repair shall extend to any subfloor materials, adhesives, supplies or other items con- sumed in the course of removal, installation or refinishing.
REINSTALLATION. Relocation Once a construction project is complete and the temporary removal is no longer necessary, Contractor shall coordinate reinstallation and deferred installation tasks including permitting, site approval, installation and reactivation. Contractor shall have the call box back in service within three (3) weeks of when Contractor is notified of reinstallation availability. Some construction projects may cause the call box to be permanently inaccessible. In such cases, Contractor shall provide the Agency Call Box Project Manager recommended call box relocation site for approval prior to reinstallation. At the discretion of TAMC, some boxes may be selected for permanent removal rather than relocation. In other cases, call boxes may need to be relocated due to hazards or other reasons and shall be coordinated by Contractor. Should the call box be relocated to a location that changes the sign number of the call box, the work shall be considered a removal and relocation. Contractor shall notify the Agency Call Box Project Manager, call answering center, and CHP immediately of changes to the sign number, phone number, and/or location information and shall reflect changes in the maintenance system within 24 hours of relocation.
REINSTALLATION. In the event a Customer desires to relocate a Specialized Unit previously installed by TJA, TJA shall install the Specialized Unit at the new Customer Site within the United States ("Reinstallation"), provided that the terms and conditions of Section 9.1.2 above are satisfied with respect to the Reinstallation at the new Customer Site. TJA shall charge a fee, payment of which shall be the responsibility of the Customer, for Reinstallation in accordance with TJA's then current rates (the "Reinstallation Fee").
REINSTALLATION. Once construction project is complete and the call box temporary removal is no longer needed, Contractor shall coordinate reinstallation and deferred installation tasks including permitting, site approval, installation, and reactivation. Contractor shall get the call box back in service within four weeks of when Contractor is notified of reinstallation need. Some construction projects may cause the call box to be permanently inaccessible. In such cases, Contractor shall recommend new locations for the call boxes to SAFE. At the discretion of SAFE staff, call boxes that have become inaccessible may also be selected for permanent removal rather than relocation. Should the call boxes have new sign numbers or phone numbers due to relocation, Contractor shall notify SAFE, its data reporting consultants, and CHP immediately and reflect the changes in the maintenance system.
REINSTALLATION. If TODS existed within the Sponsor’s municipal boundaries prior to the establishment of the Sponsor’s Signing District were removed due to the establishment of the Sponsor’s Signing District, the Sponsor assumes responsibility for the costs, including any fees, associated with the reinstallation of the previously existing TODS, which are required to be re-installed by PTST.
