Common use of Reimbursement Requests Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement Requests. The Grant shall be disbursed to Grantee on an expense reimbursement or costs-incurred basis. Grantee must submit each disbursement request for some or all of the Grant Amount using the Reimbursement Request form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit C, containing the information and certifications shown in Exhibit C.
