Reimbursement Procedures. The CRA agrees to disburse the Grant to the Grantee on a reimbursement basis for expenses necessarily and properly incurred under this Agreement and paid by Grantee based on the Scope of Work and in accordance with the budget set forth therein all as approved by the CRA.
