Common use of Reimbursement Procedure Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement Procedure. A teacher who has suffered damage, loss, or theft of personal property incurred while performing their duties as employees of the district, will submit, within fourteen (14) days of the loss, a written request to the Superintendent for reimbursement. The Superintendent will have ten (10) working days to notify the teacher, in writing, whether the request for reimbursement, in whole or part, will be granted.
