Reimbursement Plans. To the extent any Transition Individual contributed to an account under a Prior Company's Reimbursement Plan during a calendar year falling within the Transition Period, the Prior Company shall transfer to the Hiring Company (a) the liability for such account balances for that calendar year and (b) an equal amount of cash to cover such liability.
Reimbursement Plans. To the extent any Transferred Individual contributed to an account under the Radiant Reimbursement Plans during the plan year that includes the Closing Date, effective Immediately after the Closing Date, such Transferred Individual shall become a participant in the Enterprise Reimbursement Plan, Enterprise shall recognize any such Transferred Individual’s account balance, determined as of the Closing Date, and Enterprise shall thereafter be solely responsible for making any and all payments relative to such account balance of the Transferred Individual for all claims made after the Closing Date, or made before the Closing Date but not processed before the Closing Date, during such plan year under the applicable Enterprise Reimbursement Plan. All elections by Transferred Individuals in effect immediately prior to the Closing Date shall continue and be recognized by Enterprise, and the Separation alone shall not be considered an event that gives any participant the right to change any prior election. As soon as practicable after the Closing Date, Radiant shall calculate as of the Closing Date the aggregate net balance in the accounts of Transferred Individuals under the Radiant Reimbursement Plans, expressed relative to the contributions received from, and the reimbursements made to, such Transferred Individuals. If the contributions received from a Transferred Individual exceed the reimbursements made to or on behalf of such Transferred Individual by Radiant, the Transferred Individual shall be deemed to have a positive account balance. In turn, if the contributions received from a Transferred Individual are less than the reimbursements made to or on behalf of such Transferred Individual by Radiant, the Transferred Individual shall be deemed to have a negative account balance. If the aggregate net balance in the accounts of all such Transferred Individuals is a positive number, then Radiant shall pay this amount in cash to Enterprise as soon as practicable after the Closing Date, and if the aggregate net balance in the accounts of all such Transferred Individuals is a negative number, then Enterprise shall pay this amount in cash to Radiant as soon as practicable after the Closing Date.
Reimbursement Plans. (i) REX xxxll implement, as of the Effective Date, a flexible spending account plan, a dependent care reimbursement plan, a health care reimbursement plan and a pre-tax premium plan (collectively referred to as the "REX Xxxmbursement Plans") with provisions substantially similar to similar plans provided to REX Xxxloyees prior to the Effective Date; and (ii) Plan Year 1995 forfeitures under the Roadway Services, Inc. Flex Plan, Health Care Reimbursement Plan and Dependent Care Reimbursement Plan, attributable to REX Xxxloyees shall be used to offset administrative expenses attributable to the participation of employees of REX xx such Plans.

  • Payment Plans Employees covered by the Samaritan Choice medical insurance plan who have outstanding balances that are payable to Samaritan Health Services for in network, covered, and authorized (if medically necessary) services will be provided payment plan offerings upon request from the employee. The request will be made to Patient Financial Services, and may be directed through the Hospital Patient Financial Counselor. Patient Financial Services will work with employees to identify the appropriate payment arrangement based on the employee financial needs/eligibility. Within 120 days from first patient statement, employees must contact Patient Financial Services and identify themselves as a SHS SEIU member and ask for a payment plan arrangement that does not exceed six percent (6%) of their household income. Such requests will be granted using the existing SHS payment options and funding programs. To be eligible for a payment plan, employees must comply with all requirements for establishing appropriate payment options/eligibility, including the completion of a financial assistance application with supporting documentation. Employees who comply with all terms of the payment plan(s) will not be subject to collections or wage garnishment.

  • Reimbursement Payments The Department shall, to the extent funds are available, reimburse the Grantee for eligible claims presented for payment if the Department determines the requirements for reimbursement have been met. Claims under this Contract can only be made for the period this Contract is in effect. Reimbursement programs include the following:

  • Tuition Reimbursement A. Agencies may approve full or partial tuition reimbursement, consistent with agency policy and within available resources.

  • Reimbursement of Business Expenses Executive is authorized to incur ordinary, necessary, and reasonable business expenses in connection with the performance of his duties, responsibilities, and authorities under this Agreement and for the promotion of the Company’s business and activities during this Agreement, including but not limited to expenses for necessary travel and entertainment and other items of expense required in the normal and routine course of Executive’s employment under this Agreement.   • Reimbursement; Participations (a) If Issuing Bank honors any request for payment under a Letter of Credit, Borrowers shall pay to Issuing Bank, on the same day (“Reimbursement Date”), the amount paid by Issuing Bank under such Letter of Credit, together with interest at the interest rate for Base Rate Revolver Loans from the Reimbursement Date until payment by Borrowers. The obligation of Borrowers to reimburse Issuing Bank for any payment made under a Letter of Credit shall be absolute, unconditional, irrevocable, and joint and several, and shall be paid without regard to any lack of validity or enforceability of any Letter of Credit or the existence of any claim, setoff, defense or other right that Borrowers may have at any time against the beneficiary. Whether or not Borrower Agent submits a Notice of Borrowing, Borrowers shall be deemed to have requested a Borrowing of Base Rate Revolver Loans in an amount necessary to pay all amounts due Issuing Bank on any Reimbursement Date and each Lender agrees to fund its Pro Rata share of such Borrowing whether or not the Commitments have terminated, an Overadvance exists or is created thereby, or the conditions in Section 6 are satisfied.

  • Business Expense Reimbursements During the Term, the Company shall promptly reimburse Executive for Executive’s reasonable and necessary business expenses in accordance with the Company’s then-prevailing policies and procedures for expense reimbursement (which shall include appropriate itemization and substantiation of expenses incurred).

Reimbursement shall be for the actual mileage driven in the performance of assigned duties as verified by the appropriate school district administrator and in accordance with School District Business Office policies and procedures.
