Reimbursement Limits. The reimbursement will not exceed the actual amount the employee paid for tuition and associated fees. Reimbursement for tuition and associated fees shall not exceed the following amounts. In determining whether the annual maximum reimbursement amount has been reached, the year to which the reimbursement applies will be based on the date of issuance of the grade slip for a completed course.
