Reimbursement Limits. ‌ The reimbursement shall be up to a limit as specified in the current ITA Fee Booklet for the Artist's personal effects and clothing (excluding furs and jewellery); up to a limit as specified in the current ITA Fee Booklet for the Artist's furs; and up to a limit as specified in the current ITA Fee Booklet for the Artist's jewellery; except if the Theatre provides facilities for safe-keeping the Artist's personal valuables, jewellery and/or cash, not used in the production, while said articles are in any theatre, the Theatre shall be liable for loss and/or damage only if said personal valuables, jewellery, and/or cash are given to the Theatre, or its agent for safe-keeping. In this regard the Theatre agrees to provide facilities for safe-keeping of said articles, and to inform all Artists of same and of necessity for using such facilities under the provisions of this Article by a written notice posted on the call board.

With respect to such property it is the responsibility of the Artist if he/she desires to protect himself/herself against loss to insure same. The Theatre may meet the foregoing obligations by maintaining adequate and sufficient insurance coverage which shall provide the same protection as the Theatre thereby assumes. Upon the direct payment of any damage or loss to the Artist by the Theatre, the Theatre or Insurer shall be subrogated to all rights of the Artist to the extent of such payments. POSTING OF SECURITY Maintenance of Satisfactory Security (A) It is the essence of the Agreement and all engagement contracts, and a condition precedent to the engagement of the Artist, that the Theatre shall tile and maintain with Equity satisfactory security as required by this Clause. Such satisfactory security shall include agreements in the form of Letters of Credit and Security Agreements. In the event that contracts are issued to Artists without the Theatre having posted Security in accordance with Clause upon notification by Equity, the Theatre shall be liable for payment of one week’s minimum fee to the Actors’ Fund of Canada for each contract so issued, unless proper Security is arranged within one business day.

Reimbursement Limits. 1. a. For administrators hired on or before 2/1/97, reimbursement shall cover 100% of the cost of tuition, registration and all fees of any college or university. For administrators hired after 2/1/97, reimbursement shall not exceed the cost of twelve (12) credits of graduate study at Rutgers University, regardless of the number of credits taken. An administrator can receive up to the maximum reimbursement rate of twelve (12) Rutgers graduate credits even if he/she took fewer than twelve (12) credits at a college or university with a higher tuition rate. There shall be no reimbursement related to costs for travel or any costs associated with any residential component of any graduate school program or courses, including but not limited to lodging and meals.
Reimbursement Limits. The Parties agree that the sole source of Development Improvements Reimbursements shall be the 50% of the sales taxes the City receives annually from sales on the Property that are in excess of the amount of sales tax received from sales from Xxxxxxxx Ford in the year 2020, and that the City shall have no other responsibility for such reimbursements. For example: if the amount of sales tax the City received from Xxxxxxxx Ford sales in the calendar year 2020 was $100,000, and in the calendar year 2024, the City receives $250,000 from Murdock Ford sales, the amount available for reimbursement for Development Improvements would be $75,000; and if the City then receives $300,000 in the calendar year 2025, the amount available for reimbursement for Development Improvements would be $100,000. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if additional Subdevelopers develop a portion of the Property or Project, then City and Master Developer may agree to additional sources of reimbursement through additional tax incentives that would be established by addenda to this MDA.
