REIMBURSEMENT LIMITATIONS. Under no circumstances shall the grantee seek reimbursement pursuant to this Agreement for a cost or activity that has been or will be paid for through another funding source. The grantee shall not seek reimbursement for any costs used to meet cost sharing or matching requirements of any other CalRecycle funded program. All costs charged against the Agreement shall be net of all applicable credits. The term “applicable credits” refers to those receipts or reductions of expenditures that operate to offset or reduce expense items that are reimbursable under this Agreement. Applicable credits may include, but are not necessarily limited to, rebates or allowances, discounts, credits toward subsequent purchases, and refunds. Grantee shall, where possible, deduct the amount of the credit from the amount billed as reimbursement for the cost, or shall deduct the amount of the credit from the total billed under a future invoice.

Reliable Contractor Declaration Prior to authorizing any contractor or subcontractor to commence work under this Grant, the grantee shall submit to CalRecycle a Reliable Contractor Declaration (CalRecycle 168) from the contractor or subcontractor, signed under penalty of perjury, disclosing whether of any of the events listed in Section 17050 of Title 14, California Code of Regulations, Natural Resources (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xx.xxx/laws/regulations/title14), Division 7, has occurred with respect to the contractor or subcontractor within the preceding three (3) years. If a contractor is placed on CalRecycle’s Unreliable List after award of this Grant, the grantee may be required to terminate that contract.

REIMBURSEMENT LIMITATIONS. Cumulative monthly reimbursements of expenses for equipment, supplies, and services will not exceed the State-approved annual budget for each category of equipment, supplies, and services unless prior written approval is received from the State.
REIMBURSEMENT LIMITATIONS. 1. For Emergency Services and Outpatient Hospital Services - No Contracting ED Hospital shall be reimbursed more than seventy-five percent (75%) of CalOptima fee-for-service rates or Allowable Costs, less the required co-payments, whichever is less.
REIMBURSEMENT LIMITATIONS. Reimbursement under subsections (a) and (b) above will be available only to the extent that (1) such expense is actually incurred for any particular calendar year and is reasonably substantiated; (2) reimbursement shall be made no later than the end of the calendar year following the year in which such expense is incurred by the Chief Executive Officer; and (3) no reimbursement will be provided for any expense incurred following the twenty-four (24) month anniversary of the Separation From Service or for any expense which relates to insurance coverage after such date.
REIMBURSEMENT LIMITATIONS. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary: (A) Buyer shall only be required to reimburse Seller for amounts paid or owed by Seller pursuant to the Severance Policies and for liabilities of Seller for Seller's failure to timely provide notices under WARN as provided for in this Section 8.4; (B) Buyer shall have no liability or obligation whatsoever to pay or reimburse Seller for any severance amounts paid or owed by Seller to any Terminated Employee that is offered employment by Buyer following the Closing (where, in the case of any individual Terminated Employee other than Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, such offer of employment does not require any such Terminated Employee to relocate); (C) Buyer shall have liability or obligation whatsoever with respect to any severance obligation paid or owed by Seller to any Leased Employee that does not remain in the employ of Seller and leased to Buyer until Buyer no longer desires such Leased Employee's services pursuant to the Employee Lease Agreement; and (D) Buyer shall have no liability or obligation whatsoever with respect to any severance obligation paid or owed by Seller to any Retained Employee of Seller that is terminated after January 30, 1999. (d)
REIMBURSEMENT LIMITATIONS. Contractor shall not be reimbursed for travel, lodging or any other expenses incurred in the performance of this Agreement. Compensation for expenses shall be limited to Contractor’s fee for services set forth in this Agreement.
REIMBURSEMENT LIMITATIONS. The Company agrees to reimburse the Landlord up to three (3) months’ rent. The Company will not be responsible for any other costs, including, but not limited to, late charges, fees under the Lease, property damages, unpaid utilities, unless the utilities are included as part of the rent payments under the Lease, or any other damages sought by Landlord against the Tenant.
