Reimbursement for Your Liability. In the event that you are liable for any amounts owed to PayPal, PayPal may immediately remove such amounts from your balance. If you do not have a balance that is sufficient to cover your liability, your remaining balance (if any) will be removed, your Account will have negative balance up to the amount of your liability, and you will be required to immediately Add Money to your PayPal balance or reimburse PayPal through an alternative method. If you do not do so, PayPal may engage in collection efforts to recover such amounts from you.
Reimbursement for Your Liability. You agree that we may set off any of the amounts held in accounts held or controlled by you with any fees, charges or other amounts you owe us and any such amounts you owe to our affiliates as defined in the Indemnification and Limitation of Liability section below (including, without limitation, in respect of any services provided by any such affiliate). In simple terms, our right to set off means that we may deduct such fees, charges or other amounts mentioned in this section from a balance in a PayPal account held or controlled by you. If there are insufficient funds in your balance to cover your liability, we reserve the right to collect the amount you owe us by deducting the amount (or any part of it) from any payments received in or money you add to your PayPal account. Otherwise you agree to reimburse us through other means. We may also recover amounts you owe us through legal means, including, without limitation, through the use of a debt collection agency.
Reimbursement for Your Liability. In the event that you are liable for any amounts owed to Rentec Direct, Rentec Direct may immediately remove such amounts from your bank account. If you do not have a Balance that is sufficient to cover your liability, your Account will have a negative Balance and you will be required to immediately add funds to your Balance to eliminate the negative Balance. If you do not do so, Rentec Direct may engage in collection efforts to recover such amounts from you.
Reimbursement for Your Liability. In the event that you, Receiving User or Paying User, by any reason are liable for any amounts owed to PayPal, PayPal may immediately remove such amounts from your balance. If you do not have a balance that is sufficient to cover you the total amount of your liability, your Account will have negative balance, and you will be required to immediately reimburse PayPal through an alternative method. If you do not do so, PayPal may engage in appropriate collection efforts to recover such amounts from you, including but not limited to, include your name in the register of credit protection entities, instruct a collection agency to recover the amount due and/or initiate legal proceedings.
Reimbursement for Your Liability. In the event that you are liable for any amounts owed to Goldmoney, Goldmoney may immediately remove Gold equal in value to such amounts from your Gold Balance.
Reimbursement for Your Liability. In the event that you are liable for anyamounts owed to PayPal, PayPal mayimmediately remove such amounts from your Balance (if available). If there are insufficient funds in your Balance to cover your liability, PayPal reserves the right to collect your debt to PayPal byusing anypayments received in your Account and otherwise you agree to reimburse PayPal through other means. PayPal mayalso recover amounts you owe us through legal means, including, without limitation, through the use of a debt collection agency.
Reimbursement for Your Liability. In the event that you are liable for any amounts owed to Gold Farm, Gold Farm may immediately remove precious metals equal in value to such amounts from your precious metals balance.
Reimbursement for Your Liability. In the event that you are liable for any amounts owed to ExpressCa Corp., ExpressCa Corp. may immediately remove such amounts from your Balance. If you do not have a Balance that is sufficient to cover your liability, your remaining Balance (if any) will be removed, your Account will have negative Balance up to the amount of your liability, and you will be required to immediately add funds to your Balance to eliminate the negative Balance. If you do not do so, ExpressCa Corp. may engage in collection efforts to recover such amounts from you. In the event Express Ca Corp is required to institute collections procedures, you shall be liable for any and all fees incurred in the collection process. The cost of recovery which is a flat fee of 25% on the amount due will be charged on the outstanding.
Reimbursement for Your Liability. If you are liable for any amounts owed to Mortgage Market, we may charge the amount to your Account. If there is sufficient Balance the remaining Balance will be used and a PAD request may be initiated. Additionally, Mortgage Market may engage in collection efforts to recover such amounts from you and you will be responsible for all collection costs including but not limited to legal fees, interest, court fees and other fees incurred.
