Reimbursement for Additional Charges. If Tenant (as opposed to ------------------------------------ Manager) pays or causes to be paid Additional Charges attributable to periods before the Commencement Date, Tenant shall provide Notice to Landlord of such amounts and, within fifteen (15) days thereafter, Landlord shall remit to Tenant the amount of such Additional Charges paid. If Tenant pays or causes to be paid Additional Charges attributable to periods after the end of the Term, Tenant may, within sixty (60) days after the end of the Term, provide Notice to Landlord of such amounts. Provided no uncured monetary Default or Event of Default then exists, Landlord shall reimburse Tenant for all payments of such Additional Charges that are attributable to any period after the expiration or earlier termination of the Term of this Lease within fifteen (15) days after its receipt of such Notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant shall only be reimbursed to the extent such Additional Charges are not taken into account in the calculation and settlement of Working Capital accounts as set forth in Section 4.5. In the event Manager pays for Additional Charges attributable to periods before the Commencement Date, Tenant shall receive a payment as set forth in Section 3.1.6(g) below. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord within fifteen (15) days after receipt of Notice (which shall be given within sixty (60) days after the end of the Term) for any Additional Charges paid by Landlord attributable to periods during the Term for which Tenant received a credit in the settlement of Working Capital.
