REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNT PROGRAM. The Employer shall offer a pre-tax Reimbursement Account Program, as authorized by Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Service Code. The Reimbursement Account Program shall be limited to the Health Care and Dependent Care provisions of the IRS Code. Employees shall have the option of participating in the Health Care and/or Dependent Care program.

REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNT PROGRAM. The City's Reimbursement Account Program shall be made available to all affected employees. Pursuant to said program, an employee may request that eligible expenses be paid or reimbursed by the City out of his/her account, with the employee's base salary being reduced by the amount of any such payments or reimbursements. Each employee with a payroll deduction for medical and dental insurance premiums shall have his/her salary reduced by the amount of those deductions, on a before-tax basis.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts Employees in the unit shall have access to the County’s flexible spending account program, which provides employees with the options of dependent care assistance benefits with a calendar year maximum of $5,000, and medical expense reimbursement benefits with a calendar year maximum of $2,400. The County shall maintain this plan in compliance with IRC §125. Employee premiums for flexible spending account benefits shall be deducted on a pre-tax basis from employee pay.

  • Reimbursement Payments The Department shall, to the extent funds are available, reimburse the Grantee for eligible claims presented for payment if the Department determines the requirements for reimbursement have been met. Claims under this Contract can only be made for the period this Contract is in effect. Reimbursement programs include the following:
