Common use of Reimbursable Costs Clause in Contracts

Reimbursable Costs. The Company shall reimburse Consultant in accordance with general policies and practices of the Company for actual and reasonable expenses incurred in performing the Consulting Services during the Consulting Period, payable within 30 calendar days of receipt of an invoice; provided that the invoice is provided to the Company no later than two months after the expense was incurred.

Reimbursable Costs. The Company shall reimburse Consultant in accordance with general policies and practices of the Company for actual and reasonable expenses incurred in performing the Consulting Services during the Consulting Period("Reimbursable Costs"), payable within 30 calendar thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice; provided that the invoice is provided to the Company no later than two months after the expense was incurred.
