Rehiring. a)Employees (a) Employees terminated because of lay-off in excess of thirty (30) months thirty-six (36) months in the case of an employee with twenty (20) or more years of seniority at time of lay-off) shall be given consideration for rehiring for a further period of sixsix (6) months from the date of termination. The employees concerned shall advise the Company in writing that they wish to take advantage of this provision. Such written notification must be received by the Company within thirty (30) working days of the date of termination.
