Rehire List. 6.1 When the Publisher terminates other than for cause, the employee will be placed upon a rehiring list for a period of twelve (12) months in order of company seniority by job classification. No other person will be hired for such position while a name remains on the rehire list. Employees rehired to a regular position under this provision shall have their pre-termination seniority restored.

  • Employee List No later than five (5) Business Days after the Bank Closing Date, the Assuming Institution shall provide the Receiver with a list of all Failed Bank employees the Assuming Institution will not hire.
