Common use of Regulatory Requirements Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Requirements. Each Construction Party’s performance of any obligation under this Interconnection Construction Service Agreement for which such party requires approval or authorization of any Governmental Authority shall be subject to its receipt of such required approval or authorization in the form and substance satisfactory to the receiving Construction Party, or the Construction Party making any required filings with, or providing notice to, such Governmental Authorities, and the expiration of any time period associated therewith. Each Construction Party shall in good faith seek, and shall use Reasonable Efforts to obtain, such required authorizations or approvals as soon as reasonably practicable.
