Common use of Regulatory Notices Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Notices. Promptly, but in any event within five (5) Business Days after receipt thereof by any DevCo, a copy of any form of notice, summons, citation, proceeding or order received from the FERC asserting jurisdiction over any material portion of the Gathering Systems.
