Regularly Scheduled Work Week. Except as otherwise provided in this Article, the regularly scheduled work week shall consist of five (5) consecutive days from Monday through Friday, inclusive.

Regularly Scheduled Work Week. The standard workweek shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday, of eight hours per day and forty hours per week. (No present employee shall be required to alter his/her current assigned work week to include Saturday or Sunday without first following lay-off procedures. Any workweek alterations requested by the member and (his/her) immediate supervisor shall be presented in writing to CSEA. Upon signed agreement with CSEA and Human Resources approval, the workweek may be altered.

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.
