Regular Holiday - Weekend Observance. The Court shall comply with the Judicial Council guidelines and the Rule of Court regarding weekend holiday observances. When a regular holiday falls on a Saturday, the Court shall observe the holiday on the preceding Friday. When a regular holiday falls on a Sunday, the Court shall observe the holiday on the following Monday.
